2. How to start a return

Email support with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.

3. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the credit.

4. Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Mention it in your return request and we ship the replacement as soon as the carrier scans your return, free of charge.

5. Damaged or defective items
