Shipping policy
1. Processing time
Orders placed before midnight are picked and packed the same business day from our local warehouse. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery time & cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Typical delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your region. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
3. Tracking
Every parcel ships with live tracking. You receive the tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your package, and you can follow it any time via "Track my order".
4. Address changes
Need to fix an address? Contact support as soon as possible; we can update it any time before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
5. Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to reschedule a free second delivery or refund the order in full.
6. Lost or damaged parcels
Parcels lost or damaged in transit are replaced or refunded at no cost. Claims are handled directly between us and the carrier; you never have to chase anyone.
