1. The agreement

These terms govern every visit to this site and every purchase made through it. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that you accept these terms.

2. Products & availability

Product visuals are illustrative; minor variations in color or finish may occur. Offers and stock levels (including clearance quantities) are valid while supplies last.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, resale activity or stock shortage; you are always refunded in full in such cases.

4. Pricing & promotions

All prices are shown including applicable bundle discounts. Compare-at prices reflect our regular retail price. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

Payment is captured at checkout through our secure payment providers. The currency displayed at checkout is the currency you are charged in.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to you upon delivery; title transfers upon full payment.

7. Warranty & returns

Products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page, in addition to your statutory rights. Returns and refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, visuals, logos, layout) is protected and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's registered jurisdiction. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction after a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution.
